What we think, we become

What makes you happy? 


It seems that people want more and more and nothing's ever enough. People misinterpret negatively because our brains are programmed to notice trouble, so we can survive, but at the same time we don't notice the good around us. 

Negative feelings are STIMULUS FEELINGS, they work as a wake up alarm and will help you notice, something, that could possibly threat your safety and success. BUT they are not REALITY FEELINGS. They do not tell you what's actually happening.




The feelings describes your attitude towards yourself and your life. 

Only you can have an influence on your attitude. Photographs help me do this.




Positive feelings make me happy and more positive energy is drawn by positivity.



Negative feelings are not the same as reality. People tend to underestimate their skills and overestimate negativity and taking them too seriously.




A PERSON IS EMPTY WITHOUT ANY FEELINGS. HERE I AM, thinking and concentrating :D

And if you know what you want to become happier, you have to believe in yourself and you will always find a way to achieve it! 

THINK YOU CAN DO IT AND YOU CAN!






Here are some ways of thinking, which will reduce your opportunities and dim your light:

  • Disaster interpretation: "My world is going to crash..."
  • Either-or- attitude: "If I don't succeed, I'm a bad person"
  • Perfectionism: "Only a perfect performance is good enough, nothing else goes"
  • Believing in rumors: "The youngest siblings are never going to succeed in their lives"
  • Self-punishment: "This constant tiredness have to mean that I must have a serious disease"




A mental experience always feels very real. But feelings do not come from events or objects. The feelings describes more what kind of attitude you have than what is actually happening.

It's all in your mind!
